Our signature high-energy strength and conditioning class is designed to challenge every fitness level. This session combines full-body resistance exercises with heart-raising cardio intervals in timed stations, creating a fun, fast-paced workout that keeps you focused and motivated.
With powerful beats 🎶 driving the energy and scalable exercise options to suit beginners through to advanced participants, this class helps you build strength, improve fitness and confidently progress on your training journey.

Welcome to all seniors wanting to build and maintain functional strength, improve mobility and enhance balance and coordination. A tailored fitness class preventing age related muscle and bone density loss. Suited to all fitness levels, this session is all about safety, health and fun!
MUMS’N’BUBS Thursday 1pm
A welcoming and supportive class designed especially for mums who are ready to reconnect with their bodies through safe and effective movement. This gentle yet purposeful session focuses on rebuilding strength, improving mobility and restoring confidence at a pace that respects the post-partum journey.
With a friendly, understanding atmosphere, mums are free to feed, nurse, cuddle or pause whenever needed, creating a relaxed space where both mum and baby feel comfortable. Move, breathe, strengthen and gradually rediscover your fitness in a community that truly supports you
