As well as a personal trainer assisting your progress, I am also a qualified nutritionist dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health.

Understanding nutrition is crucial when a change in body composition is desired. Learning about the macros; protein, fats and carbs and applying certain principles could be a game changer.
