It’s that time again! Our last Challenge for 2022!

LIFT FITNESS 6 WEEK SUMMER SHRED CHALLENGE

This is our gyms fourth challenge, however if it is your first, get as excited as we are, because you’re in for a treat. Over our challenges we’ve helped members lose a combined total of 100kg over the 6 weeks (and some who had goals to gain muscle, also did that).

As this is our fourth challenge we have 2 options, one for those who completed prior challenges and one for those who haven’t or those who want a little more.

Option 1: I completed a challenge before or have nutrition sorted

Welcome back! Much like last time, the challenge will run for 6 weeks, will include 1 x body scan at the end of the 6 weeks, optional fitness benchmarking in week 1 and week 6 and access to a private support group.

Option 2: This is my first Lift Fitness Challenge or I need more nutrition help

Welcome! This could be just what you have been waiting for. This option includes all the inclusions above PLUS a custom nutrition report and access to a qualified nutritionist.

(First time challenger but just want to do option 1? That’s fine too!)


Please know this is not your standard challenge! This is more personal than ever before. Our challenges are designed to help you build lasting long term habits, to understand more about the way you move, eat, recover and gain results and to create a space for you to be held accountable to help build the healthy, happy and strong version of you, both mentally & physically.

This Challenge will help shift your mindset to focus on positive goals, reach new targets and to break through your limitations no matter where your starting point.

It is personalised just for you, teaching you how to make the changes needed to get you where you want to be. We teach you how to eat for YOUR goals and allow you to build your meals and understand what you are eating - and we promise you don’t have to give up the things you love to do it!


What is the cost?

Option 1 - no nutrition plan = $45.

Option 2 - with nutrition plan = $95.
