Public group personal training provides a cost effective way of having your own trainer. The group atmosphere fosters camaraderie and motivation, it’s a great way to meet people, make new friends and get an exhilarating work out!

What could be better then teaching your child the importance of health & exercise at a very early age? MMM is designed to get you in shape whilst interacting with your baby. This exercise class combines exercises specifically for mums with a good cardio work out. You will have fun in the sun with your new loved one!
